SallyB's (SB Crafts) has been trading on eBay since
early 2004.
We have always, even when it was possible for sellers to leave
retaliatory negative feedback, left immediate positive feedback
for our buyers as soon as we receive payment. We firmly believe that, by
making payment, our buyers have completed their
end of the bargain - why should you wait for your feedback? We do,
however, appreciate contact from our buyers to inform
us of any problems - packer error is a common one!! We don't make errors
deliberately and would be grateful for the chance
to resolve any issues BEFORE our buyers leave feedback, begin disputes
etc.
