Cancellations of purchases for any reason must be made within seven days of purchase date.
You will receive a notice of mutual agreement to the cancellation which you will need to confirm.

Payment or cancellation is due within 7 days of purchase date unless you are combining purchase over an extended period by prior arrangement only.
ALL combined purchases must be combined and paid for within 28 days from date of first purchase.

Unpaid item disputes will be opened automatically 28 days from date of purchase or 7 days if we have no contact.

We will not respond to threats of negative feedback from non payers other than to forward the threats to eBay Trust & Safety.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction, refund & open an unpaid item dispute if it comes to our
attention that your eBay account is in any way considered unsafe to conduct business with.

In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable - usually due to accidental damage - we will email you & offer an alternative product or a full refund.

We are not responsible for Royal mail delivery times.
You will receive a dispatch notification on the day that your package is sent to you & you should, realistically,
allow 3 to 7 days for delivery of items posted first class.

WORLDWIDE:
Please allow 14 days for delivery.

ITEMS LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED IN TRANSIT:
Please let us know immediately if your item arrives damaged. Please keep all packaging or photographic evidence of any damage to the packaging.
We will immediately begin the claim process and issue a refund which will not exceed the maximum that the item is insured for (see below for details).
Please allow a reasonable time for your item/s to arrive and, in the case of any delays, take steps to ensure that delivery hasn't been attempted
while you were out - a phone call to your local sorting office will confirm.
If your item is still not found please request a lost item form from us which will be emailed to you.
Replacements (if available) or a refund will be sent upon receipt of your signed copy of the form.

Items sent via Royal mail standard or recorded delivery are
insured up to a maximum of 100 x the cost of a 1st class stamp.
If your item/s exceed/s this value you will have been offered an enhanced service at checkout and we
strongly suggest that you accept this service to ensure adequate insurance cover.
